FAQs
For Senior Living - how does the session timing play out?
Is what form is the finished audio received?
Flash drive. Audio will be mp3 format files.
For Senior Living: Specific times/days are determined by the partnership between 319 Memory Lane and the Senior Living facility... However, lets say for example - 319 is 'on location' Monday mornings from 7-10am (3 hours).
This time frame would allow for three (3) - 30 minute recording sessions per week... Or three (3) available slots.
Residents would 'sign up' for an available session/slot. The resident would arrive at the time and location designated by the process... and so on...
For In-Home service: Simply contact 319 memory Lane to discuss availability.
While we ensure 30 minutes of recording per session - we also build in 'warm up' windows to allow the client time to get comfortable and settled in before we hit record. We pad the 30 minutes of recording with an additional 15 minutes on either side of the session.
How does a client schedule a session?
How long does it take to receive a finished product?
Total turn around time depends on session length and the level of post production work, but typically within a few weeks.
For Senior Living 30 minute sessions... Finished audio typically is returned to the client during the following scheduled return to the facility. Example... If 319 ML comes every Monday, then you can expect audio the following Monday. If every two weeks, then you can expect it upon return to the facility...
